The 2026 Tasmanian Championships is a 7-round Swiss tournament, FIDE and ACF rated, with a time control of 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move. Held in Launceston, it is open to adults and juniors. Adults $60 Juniors (under 18 years) $30. Please pay online prior to the event by credit card or by direct bank transfer.

Eligibility
Open to adults and juniors. All titles and awards will be bestowed in accordance with the TCA Constitution and the TCA’s State Title Eligibility Policy.
