The first Geelong Junior Open weekend tournament for junior players with ACF rated events and a prize pool of $1200. Includes age-based prizes and late fees.
Saturday 16 May: Round 1 at 10:00 AM; Round 2 at 12:15 PM; Round 3 at 2:30 PM. Sunday 17 May: Round 4 at 10:00 AM; Round 5 at 12:15 PM; Prizegiving at approximately 2:30 - 3:00 PM.
Format
5 Round Swiss with 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
Fees
$70 Early Bird (before 1 May 2026); $90 Standard Entry; late fee $20 after 10 May. Entries limited to 100 players. "https://www.trybooking.com/DKOFO" for entries.
Prizes
$1,200 prize pool; age-specific prizes including Under 18, Under 12, and Under 10 categories. Players may win only one cash prize.

Under 18: Players born 2008 or later; Under 12: Players born 2014 or later; Under 10: Players born 2016 or later
